Shipping

Every order begins its journey from our home at Sandy Beach Lake.

We carefully pack each order by hand and aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days, often the same or next business day.

All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post. Orders to the United States are shipped through Canada Post and transferred to USPS for final delivery.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Canada

• Free standard shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more, after discounts and before taxes.

• Shipping rates for orders below $200 CAD and express services are shown at checkout.

United States

• Free standard shipping on orders equivalent to $200 CAD or more, after discounts and before taxes. The equivalent amount in your selected currency is calculated at checkout.

• Shipping rates for orders below the threshold and express services are shown at checkout.

Applicable U.S. import duties and taxes are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout. We ship these orders using a prepaid-duty service. Free standard shipping covers postage; it does not waive import duties or taxes.
