Products & ordering
Where are Motus Gratis products designed?
Motus Gratis products are designed in Canada, with an emphasis on thoughtful construction and everyday comfort.
Where is your cotton clothing made?
Our adult and youth T-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants are made in Portugal from 100% cotton. Caps, socks and TOGHA® have different materials; check their individual product pages for details.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the fit and size information on each product page, or visit our Size & Fit guide. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us before ordering.
Where can I find material and care information?
Material composition, construction details and care instructions are listed on each product page. Always follow the garment care label for the most accurate instructions.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at team@motusgratis.com. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Shipping & delivery
How quickly will my order ship?
We carefully pack each order by hand and aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days, often the same or next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to Canada and the United States is free on orders of CAD $200 or more, after discounts and before taxes. For other currencies, the equivalent threshold is calculated at checkout. Paid shipping and express rates are shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Canadian orders ship with Canada Post; U.S. orders transfer from Canada Post to USPS for final delivery.
Are duties and customs fees included for U.S. orders?
Applicable U.S. import duties and taxes are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout. We ship these orders using a prepaid-duty service. Free standard shipping covers postage; it does not waive import duties or taxes.
Returns & support
What is your return window?
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of scents or marks, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping, and when is my refund issued?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
How do I start a return or get more help?
